Sandra "Sandy" Lee (McGlinsky) Petitti

Sandra “Sandy” Lee (McGlinsky) Petitti, 77, of Hazen, PA, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022, in the comfort of her home. She was born on February 16, 1945, in DuBois, PA, to the late Francis “Harold” and Kathryn (Pelwalis) McGlinsky. On October 27, 1973, she married Gerald Joseph Petitti; Gerald preceded her in passing on November 21, 2008. Sandy graduated from the DuBois Area High School with the Class of 1963, and she had a long and fulfilling career with Brockway Glass, retiring after thirty-eight years. Sandy was a member of the Saint Tobias Church in Brockway, PA. She loved to travel and enjoyed gambling. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; she was so proud of them. Sandy is survived by two children; Becky (Bill) Pangallo and Kelly Welsh; four grandchildren; Brandi (Mark) Lundgren; Josh Pangallo; Derrick (Sara) Welsh; and Stephanie (Joe Becker) Welsh. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; Brian Pangallo; Hannah Lundgren; Haleigh Lundgren; Hank Lundgren; Bryson Pangallo, Charleigh Becker, Kyler Becker, Ellie Becker, and Violet Welsh. In addition to her husband and parents, Sandy is preceded in death by one brother, Harold McGlyn; one sister, Dorothy Hook; and two great grandchildren; Braxton Becker and Lainey Becker.
