Ruth (Brown) Bing, 80, of Maple Hts, OH, passed away during the afternoon hours of Friday, August 6, 2021, while a resident at The Kensington Care Center in Aurora. She was born on September 29, 1940, to the late Thomas Patton and Mary Glendora (Mayes) Brown in Youngstown, OH. She graduated from Brookville High School and had several jobs but went on to work as a secretary within the medical field. She married Paul A. Bing on November 2, 1968, in Mayfield Village, OH; Paul survives her. Ruth was a member and supporter of both the Girl Scouts of the USA and Boy Scouts of America. She was also previously a member of the Maple Heights United Methodist Church. Ruth is survived by three children; Kathleen (John) Boughton of Akron, OH; Paul A. (Gwen) Bing Jr. of Chagrin Falls, OH; Christopher (Clarissa) Bing of Springfield, VA; six grandchildren; Catherine and Christiana Greer; Caitlyn and Josephine Bing; Casper and Owen Bing; and one brother; William Brown.
