Pamela “Pam” Anne (Mohney) Smith, 73, of Reynoldsville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, while a patient at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital in DuBois, PA. She was born on May 8, 1948, to the late David Emerson and Eileen Roberta (Swartz) Mohney in DuBois. Pamela graduated from DuBois High School with the class of 1966. She married Donald “Don” Eugene Smith on October 21, 1967, in Emerickville, PA; Don survives her. Pam worked at Utilities and Industries in Reynoldsville for twenty years. She also worked as a bartender for Reynoldsville Legion Post 392. She was a member of Reynoldsville FOE #540 and American Legion Post #392. Pam was an incredibly social person who enjoyed surrounding herself with good company. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, and pool, and was even part of a pool playing league when she was younger. Pam loved to talk and could hold a conversation for as long as anyone would listen. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. In addition to her husband, Pam is survived by two daughters; Shari (Joe) Smith; Jodi (Jeffery) Fye; three grandchildren; Nicole (Stephen) Bergman; Corey (Kelsey Kiehl) Anderson; Jacob Fye; and two great grandchildren; Zoey Lee and Lyza Lee. In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in passing by one brother: Randall Swartz. Services will be held privately to the family and have been entrusted to the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851.
