Linda Sue Hokovar

Linda Sue (Black) Hokavar, of Brookville, PA passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023, after a long illness due to complications with COPD. She was predeceased by her parents; Paul Franklin Black and Virginia Moore Black; siblings; Loretta, Paul, Norma, Bill, Jim, Bobbie Ann and Ida; her daughter, Bobbie Jo Manges; her granddaughter Ashley Marie Gilbert; and grandson, Carl James Fry. Surviving are two children; Peggy Ann Bezak and Jennifer Sue Clemmer. Grandchildren; Amy Dawn Wilson, Rhiannon Hilliard, Vanessa Segar, Derrick Brett Segar; great grandchildren, Dayton, Bryce, Mickey, and Kamryn. The family would like to extend a special thanks to McKinley Health Center and ASCERA Care Hospice. Per Linda’s wishes, services will be held privately to the family and have been entrusted to the McKinney – d’Argy Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Brookville, PA 15825.
