Lillian Arlene (Buskirk) Raybuck

Lillian Arlene (Buskirk) Raybuck, 95, of Brookville, PA, passed away during the morning hours of Monday, February 6, 2023, while a resident at Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor. Lillian was born on September 30, 1927, to the late Clyde and Dorcus L. (McClellan) Buskirk in Brockway, PA. She graduated from Brockway Area High School and owned Hen House gift shop for several years. She married Clyde V. Raybuck on May 17, 1946, in Brookville, PA; Clyde preceded her in passing. Lillian loved to quilt, she made a quilts for all of her children and grandchildren and blankets for all of her great – grandchildren. She was a member of the Mt. Tabor Church where she played the organ. She enjoyed reading and eating sweets. Lillian is survived by five children: Leroy (Joyce) Raybuck, Kathleen (George) Griebel, Susan (Dennis) Smith, Laird (Cathy) Raybuck, and Steve (Rachael) Raybuck. Lillian is also survived by seventeen grandchildren: Bobby (John) Morris, John (Fanny) Raybuck, Joyce (Pete) Raybuck, Bob Griebel, Andy (Carrie) Griebel, Tiffany (Mike) Young, Melissa (Jack) Knox, April (Dean) London, Tim (Dawn) Smith, Christy Rutherford, Stacey (Troy) Naftzer, Doug (Rachel) Hartman, Sam (Amber) Raybuck, Adam (Gretchen) Raybuck, Stephanie (Joe) Byrne, Angela (Dillon) Snyder, Holly (Kevin) Byrne; and 30 great – grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Lillian is preceded in passing by one daughter: Patricia Bassetti; three brothers: David Buskirk, Bob Buskirk, and Clyde Buskirk; and two sisters: Laura Morrison and Dora Lindenmuth. There will be a memorial service held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the McKinney – d’Argy Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Brookville, PA 15825.
