Lawrence "Larry" "Doink" Thomas Wells

Lawrence “Larry” “Doink” Thomas Wells, 51, of Reynoldsville, PA, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021, while a patient at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. He was born on June 12, 1969, to Jackson Devere Wells and the late Rita “Peach” Eileen (Dixon) Wells in DuBois, PA. He graduated from Jeff Tech with the class of 1987. Larry worked as a bricklayer for the Local Union #9. Larry was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #540 in Reynoldsville, as well as an associate member of the American Legion Post #392, also in Reynoldsville. In addition to his father, he is survived by three children; Jessica Knepshield of Pittsburgh, PA; Nathan Bales of Punxsutawney, PA; Jacey Wells of WY; two siblings; Theresa (Jake) Merrell; John (Kim) Wells; as well as numerous nieces, great nieces, and great nephews. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in passing by one uncle; and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Services will be held privately to the family and have been entrusted to the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851.
