Larry Ross Reeser

Larry Ross Reeser, 81, of Honey Brook, PA, formerly of Big Run and West Chester, PA, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023, while a patient at Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. Larry was born on January 29, 1942, to the late Russell D. and Ruth (Knouse) Reeser in Williamsport, PA. Larry proudly served in the United States Navy. He was employed at A. Duie Pyle for 30 years. He was a member of the American Legion and The Moose. Larry was also a life member of the VFW and was former commander of post 106. Larry loved woodworking and any kind of tinkering. He thoroughly enjoyed drinking ice-cold beer and making his rounds at all the clubs to which he was a member. Larry is survived by two sons; Keith A. (Beth) Reeser; Daniel P. (Kathie) Reeser; sister; Carol (Jim) Peterson; four grandchildren; Cassie (Shawn) Ferrell; AJ Reeser; Maddie Reeser; Michael Limoges Jr.; and two great-grandchildren; Alaina Limoges; and Reni Limoges. In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in passing by his daughter; Cyndy Reeser; and three brothers; Carl Reeser; Max Reeser; and Neil Reeser. A graveside service will take place on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Lakelawn Memorial Park, 51 Lakelawn Drive, Reynoldsville, PA 15851, beginning at 11:00am and officiated by Pastor Sam Bundy. Military honors will be rendered by the DuBois Area Honor Guard. Final interment will take place at Lakelawn Memorial Park, Winslow Twp., Jefferson Co., PA. There will be a gathering in honor of Larry at The VFW post 106, 837 Lincoln Ave, West Chester, PA on Sunday May 7th at 1:00 pm.  Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Wounded Warriors Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
