Klara Reynolds

Klara (Klaiber) Reynolds, 91, of Reynoldsville, PA, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025, while a resident at the DuBois Nursing Home in DuBois, PA. She was born on November 25, 1933, to the late George and Ida Klaiber in Sofijewka, Bessarabien. Klara married Kenneth “Ken” Dale Reynolds on February 20, 1960, in Punxsutawney, PA, they shared sixty-one wonderful years of marriage; Ken preceded her in passing on June 12, 2021. She was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in DuBois. Klara enjoyed bowling and was a member of numerous bowling leagues for 40 years. She was an avid fisherman and also enjoyed gardening and cooking. Klara is survived by two children; David A. Reynolds; Diane E. (Mark) Hegerle; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. In addition to her husband and parents, Klara was preceded in passing by three siblings; Emanuel Klaiber, Alwine (Klaiber) Reynolds, Ewald Klaiber.  Family and friends will be received on Friday, February 14, 2025, from 2pm to 4pm at the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main St., Reynoldsville, PA 15851. A funeral service will take place immediately following the viewing, also at the funeral home, beginning at 4:00pm and officiated by Pastor Ken Eddy.
