Karen Bird Obituary

Karen Bird, 72, of DuBois, PA, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023, while a patient at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital in DuBois. Karen was born on July 25, 1951, to the late Merrill and Florence (Pomroy) Hamaker. She was married to Thomas W. Bird; Thomas preceded her in passing. She was a homemaker. Karen is survived by three children; Brock (Nicki) Johnson; Jeremy Johnson; Shayne Nolan; and one grandson; Cory Johnson. In addition to her parents and husband, Karen is preceded in passing one sister; Mary Jane Davis. Following her wishes, there will be no services held.
