Joseph E Snyder

Joseph E. Snyder, 82, of Corsica, PA, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026, while at his home. Joseph was born on September 20, 1943, to the late Edward and Wavie (Haight) Snyder in Brookville, PA. He graduated from Clarion Limestone School District. On March 22, 1965, Joseph married the love of his life, Connie Greeley; Connie preceded him in passing. He proudly served with the United States Army and was active duty in Vietnam. Joseph worked for the PA Game Commission for 30 years following his tour in Vietnam; he retired in 1999. He was a simple man who loved to hunt and go for walks in the woods. In his younger years, he enjoyed riding motorcycles with his wife, Connie. Joseph is survived by one son: Ryan J Snyder and his partner Donnie Snyder of Corsica, PA; several brothers and sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews; his puppers: Coscar and Allister; along with many grandcats. In addition to his parents and wife, Joseph is preceded in passing by one sister: Patsy Lawrence. Following Joseph’s wishes, there will be no public services held.
