Harry Preston Swab Sr.

Harry Preston Swab Sr., 72, of Reynoldsville, PA, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023, while a patient at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital in DuBois, PA. Harry was born on September 13, 1950, to the late Henry and Blanche (Baun) Swab in Reynoldsville. He graduated from DuBois Area High School with the Class of 1969. Harry worked for Forsyth Drilling Inc. In his personal life, he loved to work on cars and motorcycles. Harry is a past member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #540. Harry is survived by two children; Harry Jr. (Heather Himes) Swab; Kimberly (Scott) Massie; the mother of his children; Marilyn Joyce Cable Swab; four siblings; Mary Lou; Joyce; Henry; Bill; and one grandson; Maddox Massie. In addition to his parents, Harry is preceded in passing by four siblings; Ron, Elsie, Margaret, and George. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851, from 4pm to 8pm. There is no formal funeral planned at this time. Interment will take place at Lakelawn Memorial Park, Winslow Twp., Jefferson Co., PA.
