David "Dave" Alan Lindenpitz

David “Dave” Alan Lindenpitz, 76, of Reynoldsville, PA, passed away on May 23, 2023, while a resident of Nelson’s Golden Years in DuBois, PA. He was born on October 29, 1946, to the late Clifford J. and Rachel Madeline (Kirkwood) Lindenpitz in DuBois. He graduated from Reynoldsville High School with the class of 1965. Dave was a truck driver by trade and drove trucks for over forty-four years, before his retirement in 2010. Dave married the love of his life, Judith A. Harris on December 30, 1989; Judith preceded him in passing on May 16, 2016. He was a member of the Reynoldsville First Baptist Church as well as the John M. Reed Masonic Lodge #536 in Reynoldsville. Dave was a very kind and generous man, who would offer the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. He was Baptist by faith and a had a strong belief in God. Dave was an all-around “good man”. He will be sorely missed by family and friends. Dave is survived by one daughter; Christina M. (John) Barley; one grandson; Joshua (Emily Hepler) Franklin; one great grandson; Dominic Franklin; one brother; John Lindenpitz; one sister; Ruth (Bob) Harris; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, Dave was preceded in passing by one brother; William (Betty) Lindenpitz; and one sister in law; Arlene Lindenpitz. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, from 11am to 1pm at the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation beginning at 1:00pm and officiated by Pastor Robin Fernandez. The Reynoldsville Masonic Lodge will perform Masonic Services for Dave before the service. Interment will take place at the Reynoldsville Cemetery, Reynoldsville, Jefferson Co., PA.
