Brian Jeffery Silvis

Brian Jeffery Silvis, 64, of Sigel, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023, while at his home. Brian was born on August 7, 1959, to the late Guy Robert and Marie Angeline (Moore) Silvis in Brookville, PA. He graduated from high school and spent 30 years working for a township road department until his retirement. On May 8, 2008, Brian married Tamara “Tammy” Lynn Ames in Grand River, OH; Tammy survives him. He loved to hunt and build things. He enjoyed spending time at home with his wife and two beloved cats. In addition to his wife, Brian is survived by one brother; Tom (Lori) Silvis. Brian was preceded in passing by his parents. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at the Edeburn Church Cemetery, Pine Run Rd., Sigel, PA 15860, beginning at 11am. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the McKinney – d’Argy Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Brookville, PA 15825. Interment will take place at Edeburn Church Cemetery, Jefferson Co., PA.
