Anthony "Tony" Stefani Obituary

Anthony “Tony” Stefani, 77, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the McKinley Health Center in Brookville, PA. He was born in Penn Hills, PA March 1, 1944, to the late Andrew and Grace Stefani.  Tony is survived by his wife, Suzy, of Sigel, 2 dogs, Storm and Little Girl, a brother, Joe Stefani, and a sister, Marie Stefani both from the Pittsburgh area.  

Tony was active duty US Army during the Vietnam War era.  He retired from U.S. Steel after a success career in Civil Engineering.

His memberships include American Legion, VFW, National Rifle Association, National Muzzleloading Association, and Sigel Sportsmen’s Club.

He and his wife Suzy enjoyed hunting and skiing together as well as many other outdoor sports.  Tony received many awards for teaching Hunter-Trapper Education and other youth programs, including events at Clear Creek State Park, the Boy Scouts, and Jefferson County Youth Field Days.

He will be remembered with a picnic this summer for close friends and family.  Memorial donations may be sent to Sigel Sportsmen’s Club, PO Box 155, Sigel, PA  15860.
